what is adaptive rowing
Rowing is a highly adaptable and inclusive activity, and provides individuals with physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges an opportunity to be a part of a rowing community that values teamwork, self-determination, and commitment to personal goals. Our staff are highly trained and experienced in working with athletes with disabilities, and provide a high-challenge / high-support environment to help all participants succeed. Through the sport of rowing, people of all abilities become athletes, learn to take positive risks, develop confidence, and become part of a community.
HOW TO BEGIN
Weekly rowing opportunities are available starting in January 2022.
